Horror Movie Halloween CostumeMichael looked at himself in the mirror one final time and headed out to pick Megan up for the Halloween party. This was the biggest bash of the year in their small town of  Whispering Hollow.

He knew there would be every type of horror movie Halloween costumes ever made at the themed party this year. That was why he and Megan had tried to be different. Megan was going as a zombie queen and he was going as Pinhead from Hellraiser.

Older movies to be sure but they were classics and everyone would be surprised and never figure out who they were. They would be sure to win the towns costume contest this year this way.

After picking Megan up and complementing her own her horror movie Halloween costumes (he was far from dumb) they headed out to the party that they both had been looking forward to all year. The annual town Halloween party was held at the recreation hall in the town square. Most of the time over half of the town’s 600 residents came out to celebrate. When they pulled into the parking lot they couldn’t help laughing at the number of Michael Meyers and Freddy Kruger’s running around. There had to be at least 20 of each and that was outside not even getting to the inside of the building yet.

There was one horror movie Halloween costumes that was really great though. He wanted to know who was up under that costume at the end of the night. It was a woman in a sexy Freddy Kruger costume. The costume was quite realistic with the patented red and green thick sweater that Freddy wore in the movies but instead of just a sweater it was a dress. It was ripped across the front and fell off of one shoulder. She also had the dirty brown fedora perched on her head and a very realistic Freddy glove on one hand. She was dressed in black fish net stockings and black high heels. She also had a small black mask over her eyes and nose to keep us from knowing who she was until the end of the night.

As we walked inside I saw many different horror movie Halloween costumes this year. There was Leatherface from “Texas Chainsaw Massacre” over in the corner talking to the character from “Scream”. The punch bowl was set up in the corner and Jason from “Friday the 13th” was getting a cup. There was even a pair of huge beast legs and a Bigfoot wandering around looking lost.

As Megan led me out on the dance floor among all of the vampires and even a few gothic costumes I couldn’t help thinking that we were the only ones I had seen so far at the party. Being Pinhead and a Zombie queen was a good idea if I did say so myself. It looked like our horror movie Halloween costumes might win the contest this year after all.
